mRNA and whole protein extraction for differential expression and proteome profiling
Description
An overview of a method using TRIzol® reagent to separate RNA and whole protein from the same biological sample. Isolated of mRNA using Dynabeads® is used for Next Generation RNAseq for differential expression analysis. Protein sample is separated using High pH Fractionation and then sent for DDA and DIA mass spectrometry for proteome profiling.
